Instructor
Rowan Hale
Former group controller for a UK multi-site services firm. Rowan has led three ERP hierarchy migrations and now designs Networksysmonitor workshops around the friction those projects revealed.
Office hours cover allocation edge cases and how to brief non-finance stakeholders without diluting the findings.
FAQ
Practical limits
Do you configure our cost center audit app for us?
No. We teach method and artefacts. Tool configuration remains with your systems team. That is a real limitation if you expected hands-on software implementation.
What ERP experience is assumed?
You should be able to export cost centre hierarchies and allocation rules. Messy extracts slow the cohort — we recommend a data clean-up sprint before week one.
Is the fee refundable?
See our refund policy for windows and non-refundable items such as completed live workshops.

“Week three’s sampling lab paid for itself when we found a facilities key skewing two commercial centres.”Helena Crowe · Group Controller
“Rowan’s board narrative clinic was the highlight. The pace in exception queues felt brisk if your ERP codes were unclean.”Daniel Okeke · FP&A, London
