Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026. This policy applies to Networksysmonitor programme fees invoiced off-site. This website does not take payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the programme start date and no live workshop has been delivered. Partial refunds may be offered if you withdraw after start but before the midpoint, less a deduction for sessions already delivered and materials released.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the invoice date or within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the request, whichever is later, unless a longer period is required by United Kingdom consumer law.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refund: timely cancellation before the 14-day window and no access to live sessions or downloadable cohort packs. Partial refund: calculated on unused workshop seats minus administrative costs disclosed in your enrolment letter.

Non-refundable items

Completed live workshops, personalised review sessions already delivered, third-party venue fees where booked at your request, and Continuity Seat quarters already facilitated are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@networksysmonitor.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and issue a decision within ten working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen (14) working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Cancellation by Networksysmonitor

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law are not affected. Where a cooling-off right applies to distance contracts for services, we will honour that right as required by law.
